  • The organizer should have liquor license if he serving alcoholic drinks in the event. Liquor license is available at almost all the liquor stores.
  • The venue agreement must include the insurance, liabilities, and responsibilities. Along with this, the organizer should have all the information regarding the venue. He has to make sure, whether the hall can be mentioned in the insurance policy or not.

Liability limits

The liability limits can be $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 along with liquor liability.
